Role Overview

The Arts Teacher will nurture students’ creativity and artistic expression while imparting technical skills in fine arts. The role involves planning engaging lessons, organizing art activities, and fostering an appreciation for visual arts in line with CBSE curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver art lessons that encourage creativity, imagination, and skill development.

  • Teach various art techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and craft.

  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and project-based learning modules.

  • Organize art exhibitions, competitions, and displays to showcase student work.

  • Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that motivates students to express themselves artistically.

  • Integrate art into cross-curricular activities and cultural events of the school.

  • Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

  • Maintain art supplies, manage classroom resources, and ensure safety during activities.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Fine Arts (MFA) or related degree – Mandatory.

  • B.Ed qualification preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of art history, techniques, and current trends in fine arts.

  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.

  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a school setup preferred.

Accounts Teacher

Role Overview

The Accounts Teacher will be responsible for teaching commerce and accounting subjects, equipping students with practical knowledge of financial concepts. The role involves preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures in line with CBSE curriculum, and guiding students to excel academically and practically in accounting and business studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons on accountancy, business studies, and finance.

  • Teach concepts such as financial accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation.

  • Develop question papers, assignments, and practice modules to enhance student understanding.

  • Guide students in preparing for board examinations and competitive tests.

  • Incorporate case studies, projects, and real-world scenarios for applied learning.

  • Monitor student performance, maintain records, and provide regular feedback.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate commerce knowledge into interdisciplinary learning.

Qualifications
